Beautiful Chania is another of Crete’s four main areas and is a very popular tourist destination.
It’s beautiful old Venetian port is at the heart of the popular city and is surrounded by many restaurants and bars along its waters edge. It’s always busy with people wandering the harbour, its pretty cobbled streets, tucking into some Greek cuisine or looking for souvenirs for family and friends.
It’s a great location and definitely worth spending a few nights there if you’re visiting Crete.
