No sooner had I landed back in the UK after visiting the beautiful island of Formentera (read my post on things to do there), I was once again looking at things to do on my next trip. I’ll be going to Munich!

I have to admit, Munich wasn’t on my travel bucket list as I place I had to visit. Of course, I wanted to go there but there was not urgency. When an opportunity presented itself allowing me to spend some time in the city, I wasn’t about to say no!
Once I knew that was the plan, I had to make the most of my time there. I decided to see if I could also squeeze in a day trip to Salzburg as well! Salzburg was on my wider travel list (just not the one for 2018) so as I’d be so close I thought I may as well give it a go.
